I just watched a very strange, yet surprisingly funny commercial for a vacation rental web site. Whether you like silly commercials or not, I have to say that I was really happy to hear what they had to say about vacation accomodations! The vacation rental commercial touches on a few points, but the main point is how you can save money and avoid being stuck in a cramped hotel room while trying to enjoy your time away. I will definitely be visiting Vacation Rental.org this summer when it’s time for my family to take a vacation. I think it’s a great idea for everyone to check this out – otherwise I wouldn’t be blogging about it!

Every year, for many generations, the girls in our family get together and make Keiflies. Don’t know what a Keiflie is? Technically, it’s a cookie. But if you’ve ever made Keiflies or tasted one, you would have to agree with my sister and I when we say that it’s hard to think of Keiflies as simply cookies. It’s a wonderful tradition that we plan to carry on for generations to come.
MJR Theaters is having a 2009 Free Childrens Fall Film Festival! (say that five times fast). The movies are free for children 12 and under until capacity and adults are only $1.00 each.
