My 3 year old daughter recently became obssessed with having the bathroom light on at night. She has a perfectly good energy efficient night light in her room, but apparently it’s not sufficient. I really hate leaving a light on! It’s such a waste of energy. I’ve tried shutting it off after she falls asleep, but if she wakes up in the middle of the night and it’s not on she will yell, “please put the light back on!!” until someone gets out of bed and turns it back on. Keep in mind her ten month old sister is in the room next to hers so we like to keep yelling out in the middle of the night to a minimum. If the light stays on.. we don’t hear a peep all night.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this sooner than later?

We went to the cider mill on Sunday. We had a good time, although it was pretty chilly out there. We didn’t stay more than an hour. I was hoping it would be a little warmer so we could spend some time feeding the ducks and picking some apples. Perhaps next time.

My babywearing baby! I had nothing to do with this. My hubs was playing in her playroom with her while I was doing some work for school this afternoon and she comes out wearing her baby in a rucksack. LOL. I guess my hubs knows what he’s doing!
